Come spend three days discovering what you know about leadership and how your leadership style affects those around you! This workshop places you in the leader role of a group that has a challenging task to complete and is dependent upon you for the leadership. Participants rotate through the leader role and must manage time, computer based tasks, field teams, budget, and resources in order to demonstrate productivity and profitability.

Your team will have three primary roles to assign to members: team leader, operations staff , and field staff. These correlate roughly to CEO (manager), support / manufacturing staff, and tech service / sales staff.

All materials are provided including computers, Global Positioning Systems units, team manuals, individual data logs, etc. Moonshadow’s experienced staff will also be there to guide you along the way. We create a balance between action, reflection, and feedback and let you decide what you need to do to improve your leadership. This workshop is fast paced, insightful, fun, and dramatically effective.

You will receive evening feedback sessions, a personal style report (DISC), and a personalized DVD recording of your leadership experiences throughout the workshop.

This workshop takes place at Moonshadow Learning Services, Inc. in Whittier, North Carolina or a site of your choosing. Our facility features a high and low challenge course, learning classroom, and is situated in the
heart of the Smoky Mountains.
